WSJ

Please tell me how this reflects American values of liberty, free speech, and the right to assembly (courts have upheld the right to “assemble” on platforms like Twitter).

American liberty is rooted in the idea of limited government intrusion into private life, as articulated in the Fourth Amendment’s safeguards against unreasonable searches and seizures.

I honestly thought this was a Biden-era proposal when I saw the headline.

GTFOH. Y'all cheerled like motherfrickers when Dementia Joe's handlers were firing members of the military when they wouldn't line up and get an experimental gene therapy bioweapon.

It's not a bad idea.

Most businesses screen SM before hiring someone.

They're already screening US citizens SM postings. Why not scumbags trying to infiltrate our country.

American rights are for Americans.

No you didn't. That would have been weaponizing teh justice system against your political opponents and being in cahoots with media and social media companies to push narratives.

When foreign nationals are let in the country and are willingly trying to kill Americans, the rules of the game have to change.

It's just a cat and mouse game at this point.

I say bring it on. Everyone wants to come to the United States. Not everyone wants to be an American.

We are not the Section 8 housing of the world. The other nearly 8B people on the planet are not entitled to be a part of our society.

The left love it when police departments can do it before issuing a permit to purchase a firearms (in some slave states) to a US Citizen, and deny this if you posted something or are linked to groups he/she doesn't think fits a certain criteria.....

Still dont understand how those have survived the court challenges they have so far.

Well for

1) theyre not in the US so those rights dont apply.

2) we already screen LOTS of other stuff

3) You know why this is a good idea but are lowering your intelligence just to make a poor 'trump bad' argument

Just maybe weed out those who post hate and terrorists ideals and support terrorists. Good start I think. Hey rfk your government monitors us all. Sure as hell can do it for people we don't know.

Ok, I will break it down as if I'm talking to a retarded 5 year old.

One of these...
quote:

Foreign Visitors’

Is not one of these...
quote:

American

So therefore they get none of these...
quote:

alues of liberty, free speech, and the right to assembly

But I refuse to believe you are actually a 5 year old retard. It's safe to assume that you are only here to fill the board with bullshite or that you are an American hating piece of shite Democrat.

I have a simple solution. Why not just close the borders to all non citizens for awhile?

It isn't related since this does not impact American citizens. We should not be letting communists or american hating people into this country. How is that going to help citizens?
