Anyone heard any news of Baker and the Tulane job recently?

I know that he was in communication with Tulane's athletic staff, but wasn't sure if there were any more updates in the last 24 hours.

Somebody posted yesterday that Tulane would name a coach by the end of this week.

I feel like if he was taking the job, it would happen quickly. Tulane wants to have a coach as soon as possible. Regardless of who is hired, I expect an announcement today or tomorrow, once the $ is worked out.

Hannigrif and ott just said that Tulane is expected to offer the job to baker but supposedly LSU made him an offer to try and keep him

Source who gave me Sumrall 2 days before is complete radio silence. They’re keeping this one close to the vest even by Tulane standards.

Of course it’s Baker.
If Baker was staying at LSU, he would have announced it to help lock in the recruiting class.
If Baker going to Tulane, he stays silent so as not to blow up our recruiting class

My guy just said winds blowing towards Tulane now. Yesterday he was saying Baker agreed to LSU.
