I recently saw them at Club Dada in Dallas with my sons. Loved them.

South Arcade is a British pop-punk and alternative rock band from Oxford, UK, known for their "Y2Kcore" sound that blends nostalgia for early 2000s music with modern elements.

Soreness

I’m 59 and have been working out pretty good for a while now.
But lately I’ve been having a lot of soreness in my arms and shoulders. So much so it’s affecting my workouts.
Any suggestions to help with soreness?

I agree 100%.
I was so pumped for this movie and was very disappointed.
The twist was unbelievable because of the actress. A lot of good people in it but a huge miss.
