Has any major A-lister enjoyed a decade of sustained success quite like Tom Hanks?

We’ve done this thread before and there are actually quite a few people that have really great decade runs. I’ll see if I can find it.

Feels like Jim Carrey in the 90s couldn't miss

Schwarznegger, Tom Cruise, and Harrison Ford from about the mid 80s to the mid or even late 90s all had tons of hits.

Ok, wet blanket.
Tom Hanks had a run and Cast Away is one of my personal favorites so much so that I decided to visit that intersection. We arrived a little early that morning and sun hadn't risen yet but we waited for the sunrise for some awesome pics.

Nic cage from 95 to 2005 was pretty solid. Not close to Tom Hanks but pretty damn good list of movies.

Hanks run was pretty impressive. He hit almost every genre. Rom/Com, Comedy, Military/War, Animation, Drama, Musical. He missed on Horror, Sci-Fi, Comic Book/Superhero.

There will never be an A-list ever again now.

The answer is easily Leonardo DiCaprio.
Gangs of New York
Catch Me If You Can
The Aviator
The Departed
Blood Diamond
Body of Lies
Revolutionary Road
Shutter Island
Inception
J. Edgar
Django Unchained
The Great Gatsby
The Wolf of Wall Street
The Revenant
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood
This is an insane 13 year stretch.
Not to mention his earlier stuff like The Basketball Diaries, Quick and the Dead, Titanic, etc.
Factor in all the models he was banging, it's a no brainer it's the best run ever.
