nothing wrong with that - he is interacting with a child much smaller than he - adjusting his stride to keep pace - coming off a ramp where attention is directed not toward the path of walking but to a display on a wall.
I hate walking with people with a slower gait than my usual pace - it is very tiring to walk abnormally slow.
I am a fast-paced walker - even now in my old age it completely exhausts me to have to keep "up" with someone slower than myself.

Seems like a nothingburger. Every person I know who has even minor arthritis in the hip or lower back walks kinda like Trump, who is almost 80, is walking.

Exactly.
Hell, I'm only 53, but my two reconstructive ankle surgeries have led to ongoing knee and hip pain that definitely affects how I walk, which coincidentally is pretty similar to how Trump is walking here.
