Yes because every Muslim country which took in large numbers of Palestinian refugees fell victim to violence caused by said refugees attempting to overthrow the government. They attempted a revolt to overthrow the King of Jordan, but failed. They succeeded in overthrowing the government in Lebanon and plunged the nation into decades of civil war and ethnic violence. They caused widespread riots and violence in Egypt.

I've heard that Muslim countries won't take them as refugees because of their high inbred rates. They basically overload the social safety nets because there's such a large population of special needs people caused by inbreeding.
