If he believed in himself he would work his arse off in the offseason and make a run at being a starter next year. Next season and the opportunity at QB is about as about as wide open as it’s gonna get at LSU.

I think these guys stay enrolled and/or take more classes remotely.
Saw a comment from Sydir Mitchell that mentioned that he was still enrolled even though he left the team.

He arrived here as a 16 year old. Maybe he should have stayed in high school for an extra year. I know that I wasn’t mature enough at 16 to go off to college by myself.

My dad went to LSU in 1945 at age 16. He left Baton Rouge in 1951 with a Master's degree in Physics.
He also joined a fraternity. He told me that the older guys protected him from getting his head shaved (1940s version of hazing)
