Just read the article on Michigan State Football NCAA sanctions. I'm guessing Coach Mel Tucker won't be on too many short list.

Mel Tugger.... That's a name I haven't heard in a long long time.

Thank goodness he never made it to LSU.

They asked him about his mistress and he just asked "was that wrong?"

The Tucker situation is what the ding-dongs on the LSU BOS are trying to do with Kelly.

Tucker leveraged his one good season and other big job openings (including Florida and LSU) into a ridiculous contract. The next year MSU sucked and those who stupidly allowed themselves to be leveraged into the contract wanted out in the worst way possible. So they got the anti-rape counselor, who Tucker was fooling around with, to pretend there phone sex calls weren't consensual. MSU also turned themselves into the NCAA for recruiting issues. All of it was SOLELY to create leverage in an effort to fire Tucker and not have to pay the full amount of his buyout. If Tucker is 11-1 with wins over OSU and Michigan in 2022, NONE of this comes out.

It was self-immolation to get out of a bad contract. Tennessee basically did the same thing to dump Jeremy Pruitt

The NCAA put Michigan State's football program on three years of probation and penalized the school $30,000 plus 1.5% of the team's budget after agreeing former staff members under coach Mel Tucker broke rules regarding recruiting inducements and benefits, communication and unofficial visit expenses. and...
coach failed to present adequate reasons why he should not be fired for cause after having what he described as consensual phone sex with an activist and rape survivor.
Record - 8-13 overall and 2-13 in the Big Ten
Otherwise he ok.

If LSU wasn't racist, he'd be our coach. At least that's what I heard.

It was a national guy. Not someone related to LSU. Just saying they could take a chance.

last I heard Melvin “Moral Turpitude” Tucker was MIA and thought to have fled the country in order to evade service of a lawsuit that was brought against him by the rape victim/advocate he (consensually) harassed lmao
