We will collectivize your companies and your home, and abolish the state enforcing your claim to it. We’ve moved well beyond “taxing”. Nazis created the notion of privatization, and the right has loved it ever since. Anyone with more than 10k in unrealized capital gains has to be taxed on those assets.

I just got a new car up here in NY. Dealer told me that you cannot find APRs for new vehicles below 90% in NY anymore and the average is usually around 107%. I managed to talk him down to 97% but I had to agree to a 30 year plan for him to accept that. So I’m doing 70k car at 97% for 30 years. It puts me somewhere around $5.6k monthly which is fine. Wife’s family will be covering most of it anyway.

I had felt last 2 games that the spurs figured out the Knicks. Really seems like they did. Just let last game get away. This game feels like it will be a blow out.

I’ve said what I’ve said and I stand by it. A lot of people didn’t believe bitcoin would get to where it has been either. This stock is effectively another bitcoin.

This has been a concern of mine too. Him not buying a house says a lot about what his intentions are.
I work in quant here in NYC and our inside projections have it reaching 53k-88k by January 2027. Keep in mind that the initial investors that had shares pre IPO cannot sell much at all until 180 days from now barring a few exceptions. There has never been a stock like this before that will create generations of millionaires and billionaires on paper.

Husker insiders reporting he’s on a strong watch right now with some saying the deal is done. Hudson is up visiting Nebraska right now. Hudson just accepted an invitation to go to a camp in Oregon with Nebraska’s QB commit. Nebraska upped the offer that LSU made and LSU isn’t willing to match it.

Well if we’re being honest, unrealized capital gains really should be taxed. Better for the market overall since it would force selling and eliminate concentration of wealth.
