In all of US professional sports, is there a team owner that is less capable than Gayle of making the necessary decisions for the good of the franchise? She is so out of her league, and she doesn’t even recognize it.

The core issue is why would she care, she didnt build any of this, she didnt spend earned resources on anything. She also didnt grow up in it and build pride for it.

We have the worst owner in pro sports, folks. Outside of striking gold with an injured FA Brees, our organizations are just fillers for the rest of the teams to beat up on. Like the worst player in your fantasy football league that never has a competitive team, but he pays the entry fee and sets his lineup. That’s our role.

Exactly, we struck gold when Green Bay passed on Payton and Miami passed on Brees.
When left to our devices, our GMs settle for the crumbs like Moore and an often mentioned with the Pels nobody worth anything wants the HC job.

Gayle is a religious old woman. She meets these coaches and makes personal connections with them so it makes her feel bad if she fires them which will drastically affect their lives and potential future careers.

I've defended Ms. Benson in the past not thinking she was as bad as most make her out to be, but this..this is just insanity.
Willie Green is objectively the worst coach in the NBA and has proved this in several ways. It's like she is intentionally destroying the franchise.
