The AD hire

What's the betting odds?
I'd have to guess Eddie Nunez if someone held a gun to my head.
Would love Brooks from UGA, but I can tell you from the few but solid sauces I have, if he takes the job he has been holding his cards very close to the vest. He's definitely been approached, regardless of what his tweet said. He's using the ole agent buffer to claim he hasn't talked to anyone.
I'd bet the McNeese AD comes over as the 2nd in command type arrangement.
Radakivoch(sp?) from Miami and formerly asst LSU AD is another name, but he also has a good gig.
This is I think going to be the new President's call.

I doubt it. Verge will stay right where he is and the McNeese AD is probably getting the LSU AD job.

McNeese AD is on the candidate list, but LSU is fishing for a bigger name at the moment.

McNeese president and AD are coming to LSU.

Dan Radakovich has a lot of respect, not only in Baton Rouge but around the country.
However, he has to be close to 70 years old, and is a Miami alum. He’s at his final stop

Danny White at Tennessee is widely regarded as one of the best in the country. He’s a NOLA Jesuit alum, bring him home.

Nah he ran Vitello off, will do the same thing to Jay.

I said this on the rant thread, if the McNeese AD comes over as the top dog here then we are in real trouble.
Board, Prez, and AD all hand picked by the governor. Hatchet job to the budget incoming. Forget being competitive in any NIL dependent sport.
FCS to one of the largest athletic budgets in country. Talk about unqualified. Only one explanation for it.

I can 100% guarantee that Eddie Nunez will not be the AD

I don't know why this got downvoted. Danny white would be great.
I don't really love the idea of them hiring the Mcneese ad. Seems like a big step up for him. He only got the ad job because or the hurricane. He went there originally to be the basketball coach.

Look at the bright side . IF McNeese AD takes the job welcome back CWW

He was only at Jesuit because his dad was the AD at Tulane. His dad has been AD at several stops including ND. Danny is a ND graduate and he makes almost 3m at Tenn. He’s not coming to LSU. I’d love to see it but it doesn’t make sense. Tennessee is the better job.

What the hell does that mean?
Could it be he went to Jesuit because he was living in NOLA, and it’s - by far - the best school there?

Agree. If that happens, I expect a half-arse coaching search that will turn up a candidate none of the fans want.
