Using victimhood as a cop out is how adults handle themselves after living in a society where you not at fault for your decisions. The white guilt has destroyed brain functioning among higher educated people who want to live in a perfect world they think they created. Iowa is over 80% White & it drives liberal White women insane. They will do anything to get people of “color” to their area no matter what & this a perfect example of this.

Vetting this guy is/was their job and they failed spectacularly. I'd guess that vetting him is something they could have done in a few hours with a decent search. And they didn't. These people are so stupid and fake there should be a systematic vetting process that allows for zero discretion or judgement to be exercised by these retards, e.g. Here are a list of questions, if the answer to any is 'No', then don't hire this person. For example: Is this person eligible to work in the United States? Do they have a criminal record? Are their credentials legitimate? Etc.
They've proven a simple, thorough vetting is beyond their capacity, either because they're stupid, or because they're so blinded by partisan political correctness their judgement is catastrophic.

it’s hysterical to watch this play out, because it has everything the left dreams about
a super far left school board director who purposely implemented DEI polices, hired a guy who had a fake background and fake educational credentials, who then got into power and lowered the standards and implemented more DEI policies
and now we see what that causes, in reality. we can’t even trust public schools to background check people correctly? how qualified are teachers in the classrooms in some of these places?
it’s hysterical to watch this play out, because it has everything the left dreams about
