When you have a statue at QB that does nothing to take advantage of a 3 man rush, that is what you get.

Probably not
Kind of hard when you pretty much telling the other team you are going to run between the tackles and your QB refuses to run as well.
Also, sometimes we are going to throw towards the sidelines, hoping to setup a WR screen that goes nowhere.
Plus on 3rd and long plays, our Qb will throw a few yards short of that, hoping the receiver will make a first down.

You can rush 2 guys if the defenders know that the QB is a zero threat to keep the ball & doesn't have to be accounted for.

We ran the ball 2 times in the 1st half with our RBs
Twice, all 1st half
And 1 of those was on 3rd and 20

It’s incredible. This level of incompetence in truly something I can’t remember ever seeing.
Even Mike Leach ran enough in his Air Raid to keep the defense honest.

We could give Bret Bielema about 3 days and a walk thru and we could rush for 125 against Ole Miss. Nope, we do the one thing that they can defend. It is coaching malpractice. No one is immune from scrutiny here. Kelly, Sloan, Davis, Wilson...and that stupid hire of Atkins.
Hell, I dont understand how Baker wasnt in Kellys ear early in camp telling him this shite was terriblle.

Defense played well enough to win. The problem was that the officials called a lot of bogus PI penalties on our DBs.

If you can’t adapt your offense to the tools you have, you get this crap like Sat.
Either input the QB made for the system or change the system.
Our concepts don’t work for our 1st QB. Change the offense to a power I, easy up blocking, go under center or a true shotgun (no pistol). You have a bruising type of O-line and RB. Punish the defense who runs a 3-3-5 or any 3 man front.
