And I know lazy bastards that want to retire at 45

Very sadly, it looks as if she won't be with us much longer. But I am sure a woman of her deep faith eagerly awaits what is next.

She came in at number 17 on Matt Norlander's Top 25 College Basketball Stories of the Past 25 Years. He and Gary Parrish did a good job covering her rise to fame in 2018. Norlander said that was the craziest media room he'd ever been in at a NCAA tournament, and it was all for Sister Jean. He said she was like a rockstar and it was just special seeing the whole thing blow up.

I got to know some Benedictine monks and they contemplate their own mortality a lot. It's not exaggerating to say they look forward to it in a sense. They think of it as a graduation day.

I would gladly retire tomorrow if i could.
Good for her but i am perfectly fine with having to figure out what I’m doing tomorrow

About 80% of us are already going to hell. The last thing we need is some WYHI comments on nuns.

I retired three weeks before turning 45. I highly recommend it.

I'm sure that she has been a blessing to all of those who know her.
