Correct, its not a racial issue its a social economic issue that our political fabric gears towards race.

It's about long term vs short term thinking. People who plan long term and are capable of understanding long term consequences make different decisions than those who have their minds completely dominated by the short term. Its that simple.

I don't know what you're trying to say exactly, but I'll go on record that my desire for stronger criminal justice absconds race. I don't care what color you are... If you're a dirtbag who has a propensity or likelihood of reoffending, I want you in jail or an asylum somewhere where you're just forgotten about and put away to rot.

Think it’s more the hood than trailer parks. You just explained rap culture in a nutshell. You even have people who find ways to make it out of the hood and become financially successful but feel like they have to go back to prove something.
