They are horrible for everything from your brain to your heart to your gut biome, and they are in EVERYTHING.
If you stay in the meat (not cold cuts) and veggie/fruit aisle and parts of the cereal aisle you can do it, but step into dairy or the inner aisles of the store and it gets to be mind boggling. Then try to avoid sugar too and it's really impossible.
RFK has a huge job in front of him in getting the public to get away from this rat poison. Big food really has been causing chronic disease with our food additives for decades.
Go ahead.... look for something without oils of Corn, Cannola, Cottonseed, Safflower, Sunflower, Peanut, Soybean, Rice Bran etc.

It is tough but if you cook your own food from raw ingredients you can do it.
Snack items are the hard part.

Buy “Avocado” oil mayo, 2nd ingredient is canola oil, 3rd ingredient is safflower oil.

Even the “healthy” shite is so infiltrated with poison.

Whipped egg whites and lemon juice with a little salt isn’t bad for you at all.

What’s even worse is when you think you’re buying rice, you’re buying “enriched” rice, that has a ton of toxic shite sprayed on it.

Olive and coconut oils are the only ones to use cooking. It’s difficult but the more natural you go the easier it is

This is the reason I almost exclusively shop at whole foods now. It's the only place around here you can find a large selection of stuff without them.

I’ve tried and also found it impossible. Got to do the carnivore diet which I’m not willing to do.

Whats yalls deal with seed oils?

They aren't good for you. But if you are in the south you are likely obese and under muscled. Let's fix that before we start differentiating our oils.

Quit worrying about seed oils and start moving more eating less, and lifting weights.

If you do all that already you shouldn't be worried about seed oils. Because you're eating whole foods, not eating trash, and as a result your intake of seed oils is low to the point that its negligible.

You should check out jabez_invests on YouTube. His entire channel is dedicated to educating folks about what’s in their food, and how to identify healthier alternatives. Here’s an example on his page.

I mean, that’s quite a wild generalization.

It’s also certainly not an outlandish idea to encourage people to fix their diet as well as move around more.

Also things like clean air and water. For some reason the MAHA agenda tends to skip over those.

Why are yall eating that stuff? I mean if you're concerned enough about your health, why aren't you all just cooking from scratch for most meals.

Who buys shite from the frozen aisle and thinks it's even close to healthy?

It’s not just that dude. Go look at your steak seasoning mix, even just a regular one besides salt and pepper. It’ll have canola oil in it. Go order a salad with “olive oil” as your dressing at somewhere simple such as McCalisters and it’ll be pure canola oil instead.

STOP DOING THESE THINGS. Nobody thinks these are healthy things to be putting in your body.

I don't use steak seasoning. Salt and pepper is more than enough.I make a homemade dressing when I eat salad at home. Vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, pepper.

If I order at a restaurant I'm ordering with the knowledge that it is not going to be healthy. There's no wool over the eyes in this situation.

I'm not saying this to be sanctimonious. I'm eating a frozen pizza right now. You know what else, though? I also ran 10 miles earlier. After that I made some eggs, beans, sourdough toast, with jam (pectin, water, fruit). Later I'm having salmon and potatoes with a couple vegetables. I'm aware that the seed oils in the pizza are no good. I'm also not worried about them because I know that the risk of the seed oils is heavily outweighed by my lifestyle.
