This shite comes up all the time for Democrat families because the Right fears society creating a political royalty class while the Left desires it. This is why these stories almost always revolve around Democrat politician families and rarely GOP families (even though one of the -arguably- most successful political families has been the Bush family).

Hillary has been planning this forever. she got the NY home and bought the smaller home next door and put Chelsea's name on it. Holding a spot for her.
Possibly Chelsea said she wanted 3 kids and ruined it- happening right away. They fixed fugly Chelsea up with a wealthy man whose dad was in prison. So Chelsea had the MANHATTAN penthouse address to run in the Penguin Manhattan district.
Win or Lose--Chelsea will run for President after this stint.
