Not sure how you can read the below text and get “moderate” out of it.
It gets better.
August 13 was 10 days ago.
According to Chat GPT, this is only the 3rd streak of 10 or more days without a murder in a decade.

It sounds like "laying low" translates to not committing crimes, which is, of course, the entire purpose. Much like the recent ICE activity, it isn't just about actively catching criminals, but also getting them to not commit the acts in the first place.

Why do people like yourself exist? Trump is turning a shithole into a place where people can walk outside and not worry about getting robbed or shot and here you are, the thugs are just laying low because of the protests.
