No you can't. This woman has a food addiction that almost killed her. You cannot go down the road of "moderation". That is like a recovering alcoholic saying "just one drink is ok".
Good for her. She's lost a lot of weight but if she hasn't changed psychologically she will either return to being morbidly obese or replace that addiction with something else.

It’s country (Western Kentucky more specifically). Had a great aunt in Leitchfield, KY that also called it sodies or sodie pop.
