Would you take a ride in a driverless car?

I've recently taken a couple rides in a Waymo in the Austin area. Appears they aren't allowed on highways yet so they just take surface streets so depending on your trip it can take significantly longer. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience and not as terrified as I expected. I don't know if I'd trust the robo taxis though. At least not yet.

Nope. I don't even like being in a car I'm not driving.

I've ridden with my wife. Might as well let C-3PO take the wheel.

I don't even like riding with other people driving, I would rather drive.

I took the Tesla X for a test drive for several hours. That shite was awesome. When they roll out unsupervised self driving, I'm probably buying one.

At first it's a little crazy, but i got used to it. It was fun as hell.

They are statistically safer than human drivers already. Yes, I would get one once they roll out unsupervised full self driving nationwide.

Absolutely. Did it regularly for 3 years while working in an area that embraced it.

It was like getting a ride from a driving school instructor- it followed all traffic laws, unlike human Uber/Lyft drivers.

Took a Waymo in Phoenix, it was awesome. Also, way cheaper than Lyft at the time of day we used it.

Of course. Waymo self-driving is massively safer than some random Uber driver.

Given the fact that the people in San Francisco have been vandalizing them for their enjoyment, absolutely not
