Everyone is Fat and disgusting

Was at the doctor's office for my annual physical. Everyone in the waiting room is fricking huge. Maybe 10% of the people in there were of normal body mass.
Then went to lunch and I'll be damned if the same ratio of fat fricks everywhere. One table had nine fats and one normal.
This nation is so screwed. No one cares about their health and appearance anymore. It's gross.
Was in Colorado last week and the ratio is reversed. Probably 1 fat for every normal. Is anyone else constantly disgusted by what we are seeing out there in the south?

I went to my niece’s 16th birthday party last weekend and did a rough estimate that 75% of the adults were obese and 60% of the kids were obese. My wife and I and her sister were the only normal sized people there. The entire party we were constantly moving around, talking, playing games, swimming, and barely ate. The other adults never moved from their seats unless it was to get something to eat or more alcohol.

It's not just the south. Colorado and a few other states are the exception. IDK society has made being fat acceptable...can't even fat shame anymore

For the last seven years, every time I’ve seen a doctor for wellness appointments, they say “I hope I have your numbers when I’m your age.”
That’s been my goal:when medical professionals are saying that to you, you’re in OK shape.

Not on the OT. Everyone here is 6'2"+, svelte and/or chiseled, and has an OT 8.5 wife or better.
