I don't know of a single poster (or any everyday conservative IRL) who wants to be more involved in Israel's war with Iran.

I know myself that I do believe Israel is doing the right thing by taking Iran on and destroying their nuclear warfare capabilities.

But there's no one who thinks we should fund or in any way physically show up for Israel. If we're doing that in any way, I'm not a supporter of that.

So, why all the bellyaching and worrying over Trump possibly joining this war? Why would we even do that? What kind of capability do you think Iran now has that can trick us into doing this?

Agreed. There were just a lot of hand wringers about that sort of thing over the last 24 hours. Was pretty much uncalled for.

I have no problem supplying Israel or any other nation military equipment and armaments.......cash or gold for payment on delivery.

I don't want American boots on the ground fighting in Israel or Iran.

Assisting Israel with air defense seems ok since we're stationed out there anyway.

Supplying them with money or arms is OK provided we get something in return (eg. intelligence) , doesn't need to be 1:1. This is the tricky one because nobody knows what goes on in the highest levels of government. Nobody here, nor Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson, Dave Smith, Cenk uyghur, etc.

Why are we financing Israel's war?

Nope. Israel can deal with it. We should remove most of our assets from the area as well to avoid any contact

Do I care about Israel bombing Iran? No

Do I care if the US gets involved? Absolutely

It's fine to sell them arms. That's the extent of it.

Because it's not Trump's choice until he gets control of the three letter agencies, the ones that tried to kill him twice, the warmongers.

Fun fact, not long before JFK got wacked he planned to withdraw US troops from Vietnam by the end of 1963.

I support it from a support perspective, but shouldn't have boots on the ground.

I’m fine with US assisting with Israel’s air defense and if we have intelligence to share on the offensive front.

I don’t support the US going on the offensive with Israel. That’s a no.

Not looking for it but I suspect that if it gets here after Iran’s call for destruction yesterday on American soil then having the extra source of silica and fossil fuels will help. MAKE THAT SAND FERTILE AGAIN T-shirt could be a sold

It’s interesting that Israel is regime toppling a country that isn’t beholden to the imf themselves

They usually make us do it

He also to took a firm stance against Israel acquiring nuclear weapons in that period.

Yeah, like I said, no one is supporting joining Israel in a war. I'm totally fine with sales of arms (at market price) but I don't know of any everyday conservative who says, let's join in on this.

Only in defense of our assets in the region. If Iran attacks them, they're toast.

If asked by Israel then the answer from me is "absolutely ".

But, I'm pretty sure the IDF can handle it with. Maybe we supply them with our bunker busters and some intelligence sources. And maybe with some other smart ordinance we're not aware of.

To answer this question, we have to start at the beginning.

Off the top of my head, here's a list of things that Trump has back peddled on, gotten wrong or lied about. And it’s also a list of things MAGA has forgiven or chosen to ignore.

Trump was supposed to hire the best people this time around, yet he gives MAGA Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and DanBoingo. MAGA has forgiven this.

Trump was supposed to end the Ukraine war but Zelensky and Putin both have told him to frick off. MAGA has chosen to ignore this.

Trump was supposed to deport between "15 million and 20 million" people. He said he would do this. MAGA has forgiven this.

Trump is now saying he'll "protect the farmers". As if his new found deportation agenda will stop at agriculture and not extend to construction, landscaping, chicken farming and beef processing. MAGA has chosen to ignore this.

Now we reach war.

To answer your question. No, MAGA does not support the United States joining this war....Yet.

Just wait though for President Trump to hit send on a twat explaining to MAGA why it's necessary. Once that happens, just like all the other things MAGA has forgiven, ignored or rationalized away. They'll do the same with this.

MAGA has no clue how utterly predictable they are.

And to answer your second question. Because the MIC wants it. And President Trump will deliver war to the MIC the same way he'll deliver Mexican labor to construction and agriculture.

I think we should get the hell out of Ukraine. We should have never supported them in any form or fashion. That should have been the sole responsibility of the European nations of NATO.

While I am not a war hawk, I would not have a problem fully supporting Israel. Iran has to be dealt with COMPLETELY. They can not be allowed to crawl back as a nuclear threat in three to five years because Israel lacked the ability to 'finish the job'. Furthermore, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Syria, etc., need to fully aware that we've got Israel's back in times of need.

No. I'm fine with us helping in the defense of Israel. I think we are probably keeping Israel on a short leash and not allowing them to rack up civilian casualties. It seems as if their strikes have been with surgical precision taking out key targets. As someone stated in another thread, us protecting Israeli civilians from Iran thus protects Iranian citizens from Israel. They can't use the death of their people to justify deadlier attacks on Iran.

I'm already prepping my home to take in some beautiful, bubble butted Persian women. The men can stay and rebuild while I breed the Islam out of them.
