The only acceptable answer for a male is one (1).

Probably just 2 tops. When I make tuna salad I do a bit of finely chopped onion, celery, relish, at least one chopped up boiled egg, mayo, salt and pepper.

Google says a serving size is a third of the can.
Two or three sounds about right, especially after adding whatever to it.

I don't know what tuna you're buying, but all that I buy list the entire can as a serving. Otherwise, what a waste of an attempt to get protein.

Can? Probably should do the bag tuna instead, can is nothing but water so one sandwich max after you drain all that shite.

This. I’ve only ever seen 1 can per serving, and it’s usually less than 200 calories.

Two. But the tuna has to be albacore.

And packed in olive oil.

A real man doesn’t use bread. Straight out the can.

Tuna (in water not oil) and mixed with Hellmans mayo and splash of hot sauce is the most underrated sandwhich.

Yeah, the albacore packed in olive oil is so much better.
2 sandwiches from a can with a little mayo, capers, red bell pepper and onion.
