Seeing post after post on Facebook about how bad the parking situation has been. People paying for special parking only to not be able to park upon arrival.

Food prices are apparently out of control. Sound is awful. People sneaking into VIP lines without passes.

You name it, it sounds like it happened.

Not shocking though.

You've got about 15 or 20 thousand people in a small space in Livingston parish. What could go wrong?

When I saw the pricing, I thought there was no way they would be able to live up to that.

We went Friday night and had a blast at nickelback. We got lucky on parking, were on the edge of a field right next to the road so it was a quick out. The biggest complaint was the pay to park. They had people swipe their cards as they pulled up and it took forever. Just frickin let people park for free and show them where to go

It was probably way more crowded for kid rock though. We had a good bit of room around the stage Friday

The Mayor of Livingston posted a video on Thursday (the day before the event) and pretty much said "we will have a traffic nightmare that I don't know how to handle"

All these officials knew it was going to be a problem but seemed to do nothing about it beforehand.

When I left last night, I saw 15-20 LPSO's just standing with their hands in their pocket instead of directing traffic.

Some things are just better suited for cash. I cannot stand how everything has to be card swipe these days.

So basically like an LSU game?

With that said, most people of delusional idiots. I’m sure most of the complaints are coming from people that roll up 5 minutes before the concert and are shocked there’s traffic and nowhere to park.

This shite grinds my gears, you pay an overpriced fee for a ticket.

Usually through one of the ticket services which rip you off for another $40-$50.

Then everything is overpriced inside such as $8.00 beers etc etc

Then these buzzards want another $25, $50, $100 to freaking park your car.

I live about three miles from the fairgrounds. I was expecting the traffic to be a lot worse. To me, it appeared to be well organized.

As annoying as it is, I just assume companies are going to my nickel and dime, subscription model and all of that. It's the fact that consumers continue to attend all this bullshite with all these insane fees. Idiots that refuse to let their dopamine not take a hit for 10 goddamn minutes have absolutely ruined concert experiences for anything but bar bands, and the same issues have ruined housing, the car market, ect ect. "I must have now, damn the cost" has absolutely ruined so many things. Maybe, entry level teacher, you don't need a mcmansion in the nice part of town and you definitely don't need to leverage yourself to your eyeballs in debt. 4k plus for a Swift concert should get almost every single one of those idiots as Swift kick to the nuts/labia.

Went last night and had a very good time. Traffic for us was not bad at all. Beer price was bad, $11, but I think it is the same for Saints games. And at least it was a 16 ounce beer. Lots of fun loving Americans out last night and all seem to have had a great time.

Some of yall need to get out of your moms spare bedroom more and enjoy life.
