This quote perfectly sums it up.
Women that want marriage hate men that refuse to commit.
Married people act like men who refuse to marry are cheating at life and not doing what they are supposed to do.
I've never understood it.
If people want to get married & have kids than good for them, it's their life.
But if a guy doesn't want marriage & kids then he's an arsehole.

Spot on. They want single men to be just as miserable as they are.

No thanks.

I mean, I guess it sort of makes sense that "society" will prefer those who choose to perpetuate it. Why worry about it if you choose to be amongst those who choose not to do so?

So you read a random quote from a random nobody and your automatic reaction is that is "societies" (improper use of the plural) assertion?

Quit being so sensitive.

Where to begin with this quote.

And what's up with the weird anti-marriage, anti-kid bots all over the place?

Does “society” actually give a shite about this?

I will say that someone who only cares about themselves is a POS because they are benefiting from others who support the community around them. I don’t think everyone HAS to get married though.

What the frick is with the OT lately? Jesus Christ

Men, for the entirety of the human existence, have done more than think and act solely for one’s self. Strong men work fricking hard to make their world a better place for their tribe. Historically that tribe has been their children and the mother of their children, their immediate biological family, their extended biological family, and then their community.

Stop pretending that this lone wolf character is manly, he’s not. 99.99999% of these lone wolf, never settle down, women are useless objects of meaningless sex types are keyboard warrior incels and should be ridiculed as such.

Work on yourself, but know that a males true purpose in life is to procreate and do everything within his power to set his offspring up for a better life than his own.

I just love the idea that someone who only cares about himself is going to get all hung up on what "societies" think about him.

I miss the days when self centered narcissist assholes weren't so fricking soft.

If a young man gets married, starts a family then works a soul-destroying job the rest of his life that's his own damn fault for staying put in the job. What a dumbass.

The other type of man, living only for himself, may think he has it "made" but he sadly has no clue what he's missing in life. These people are completely insufferable 99% of the time.

You're also quite obviously a bot or alter and should be banned just for posting this stupidity

There is a lot of haters in this world but I can say for certain I've never, not once, seen any type of hate projected towards single men or aging bachelors. Folks may talk shite behind their back but societal hatred ....no... at least not in western cultures.

Women traditionally have gotten much more shite for not having a husband and a family.

Who is anti marriage or anti kid ?
She is simply pointing out that society despises men who refuse to get married and have children.
I've never seen a confirmed bachelor bash anyone for getting married & having kids.
But married people bash single guys for refusing to get married and have kids.
Women hate men who refuse to commit.
And to be honest most married men are probably jealous of single guys who are free.

It is the same as when some random X account with 27 followers posts some rage bait and people repost it, suggesting that Twitter says or that it is all over Twitter. There are plenty of things in the world to get mad about, getting mad about what 1 or 2 randos say seems like a good way to cause a cardiac infarction.
