and then said that was way more than the previous year.

That seems shockingly low to me.

He owns the team, he can go to 1 game a year if he wants to.

Out of 81 home games? I'd guess that that's better than most.

How often does someone who owns a restaurant for fun go to that restaurant? Especially when it’s several hours away from where you live

The current owner has only owned the team for one season so makes sense that he didn’t attend many games in 2023. The orioles play 81 home games, 35 is a good chunk of that. Most owners especially baseball aren’t like George Steinbrenner.

Not all owners are fan boys like Jerry Jones and Mark Cuban.

He owns the team for economic reasons, it doesn’t mean he has to go to any games nor does that mean he has to even be a fan of baseball

The old senile, dude in rookie of the year was always there playing with the cracker jacks. I think he also owned Dunkin’s Toy Chest.

Also the dude in angels in the outfield that had the cowboy hat on (which I now realize may have been an attempted portraying Gene Autry without using his name) was also there always.

That’s pretty much all my knowledge of MLB owners.

After that I'm surprised he got any of the letters correct.

I’m surprised he attended that many. Baseball is an absolutely horrifying fan experience, I can’t imagine he disagrees.

I'd say that is pretty impressive. He's attending games for a team that doesn't even exist.
