That's a great way to solicit new employees. Ownership must be dog shite.

Airing dirty laundry is a poor choice. Maybe say you are remodeling and will take advantage of the down time to restore the customer service experience in order to respond to recent shortcomings. Take the blame, you own the business, then fix the problem. This is classless

I wonder what happened.

Poor training is ultimately on management, and in a small business, the owners are the ultimate management.

I couldn’t imagine how hard it is to own a small business these days, especially a restaurant.

Ownership sounds awesome. If I was looking for this kind of gig, then sign me up.

Ownership is smart and this is a great way to find good workers who don't want to deal with drama and bullshite from co workers.

I’d drive up there just to give them my business. Sometimes you have to turn employees into customers to get your point across.

My primary care physician did this last year with her office staff. New staff is 1000% improvement over the old staff.

Truth.
But they will have to increase the pay to really make that happen if I had to guess.
If this were in my town, I would go support this place when they opened back up.

You clearly aren’t a business owner.

One of the local Southern Maid donut shops in Shreveport did that recently but just said they were remodeling.

I wonder if he went into a Chick-fil-A and was motivated to be like them.

I wish every fast food place was like Chick-fil-A.

You get what you pay for. Cheap labor and poor management will yield these results.

TGIFridays used to do this many years ago, they called it a purge, but they remained open during the weeks long process.
