I love that dude - I've made a bunch of his recipes. His cottage cheese mac & cheese sauce has been a game changer

Yep. I've thought about buying his cookbook.
His cottage cheese ranch chipotle sauce is legit. I put it on everything.

I've been meal prepping this for over a year now. It really is that good and I never get tired of it.

I’ve bought his cookbook. He’s got some good stuff in there.
I always end up resorting to chicken/steak rice veg for 90% of meals though.

His cookbooks are good, he’s based in Austin. I have them if anyone wants me to email. If you end up using it you can always buy it to show him support.

I love Stealth Health. My wife bought his cookbook. I keep a cache of burritos in the freezer, they're great.

I'd be interested in checking out his cookbooks: blue.chips2424 at gmail dot com

this is a great example of why stealth health is so popular, I've been eating this for years as what my mom calls "breakfast casserole", but I never thought to divide it up like that and roll it up in a bureet for transportability. I'm gonna make a pan of these tomorrow.

i bought the cookbook in 2023 and this thread reminded me of it. i couldn't find the download so i find the email and clicked the link. it downloaded v4 of the cookbook and it happened to save next to the original download v3 back in 2023.
all that to say, if you have the cookbook already but got it a while back, click the link in your email for an updated version.

Decided to just upload to drive and share here
I'm a big fan of these for his hacks on getting more protein per meal and the slow cooker ones make great meal prep.
His recipes do lack some nutritional value with lack of vegetables…wife and I will split one serving of pasta in half and eat with a protein and some veggies most of the time

We had a stealth health taco Mac meal tonight. No joke, that was as good as the one that my wife makes, with all the cheese. I didn’t have cheese powder, so I substituted Parmesan cheese. Outstanding.

I feel like this whole “protein” fad has been worse for peoples health than cigarettes or asbestos or even Diet Coke. Even though something has protein it’s still bad for you and you’re still fat. Just drink black coffee and dip or smoke a cig for breakfast if you want to be healthy
