Those wanting a guilty verdict are nuts. People standing up for Penny, good for you. That man is being wrongfully prosecuted.

That's a small victory for Penny in this case. Hopefully they decide not to retry if this ends up being a hung jury/mistrial.

The same people wanting to convict Penny are cheering on the murderer of the United Healthcare CEO.

this is why we can't get along w/ half of this country if they want to convict him for subdoing this out-of-control homeless drug addict who was threatening passengers.

Homicide charges still outstanding.
But, I think this indicates what's to come.

Still, it gives me hope that there are still some sane people in NYC. I wonder what the verdict breakdown is within the jury.

Can the pole the jury if it is hung?

This is just crazy. Daniel is 100% innocent.

Time to toss the case. If the shitlibs are locked in Manhattan then it would be unanimous Not Guilty every where else in the US.

Also same people that thought Rittenhouse should spend the rest of his life in jail.
Aka, the shite stains of society that voted for Joe and the hoe.

Yup. Still seems like a small victory for Mr. Penny however.
If they are deadlocked on the manslaughter charge, this could bode well for him on the other charge.

The only solace I can take is that while I don’t get to condemn, I am confident people like Alvin Bragg will burn in hell for eternity

If I was on that jury I would hang TF out of it.

While it is a good thing they are deadlocked for Perry with a conviction being one of the alternatives.
It is simultaneously quite sad that he didn't get an acquittal for something he should have never been charged with in the first place.
NYC needs to be starved into submission.

Highly doubt that they will not retry him.
