He's hyped up well beyond his talent level IMO

I’d never heard a minute of him till watching the R&R Hall of fame induction for Ozzy. His part was underwhelming to terrible. Not sure who thought he’d be a fit.

Perceived genuineness can take you a long ways in the industry.

I'd say a solid second behind Taylor Swift

I can’t figure out why he is so beloved. Is it just me or have I noticed the people who love Jellyroll are the people who wore Affliction/Ed Hardy/Tapout clothing from 2005-2012 or still do.

Never heard a single Jelly Roll song to my knowledge. I intend to keep it that way.

This is partly why he is so popular. He comes across as genuine and just a good dude on all of the podcasts he's been on.

Apparently, he’s one of the most liked guys in the business and I’ve never heard a bad thing about him as a person

Not a fan of his music though

He’s also lost over 100 pounds and is really dedicated to getting in shape

Two totally different genres of music.

That's almost like saying Post Malone ain't no Michael Jackson.

He’s performing in Greensboro, NC soon. I was surprised to see it is in a music hall and not the coliseum. As much as he’s on tv (I don’t listen to music channels he’d be played on) I thought we was more popular.
