When you open up the video talking about "home-icide" and pronouncing "th" words as "f", it's kind of hard to take the rest seriously. I won't deny Louisiana has shitty aspects but this seems like a guy with a touch of downs who just wanted to shite on Louisiana for 38 minutes without actually going into the specific reasons why it sucks.

I can’t tell if that guy has a stroke or speech impediment, a foreign accent, or is just a product of our public schools. ETA some of what he says makes sense though.
