This mutually exclusive strawman is flawed. It’s very possible for some of the manipulation of voting rules to happen. Extended mail in voting was one used for 2020. Covid was an excuse. It happened. Was it enough to overturn a presidential election? Maybe, maybe not. But once it happens, the perception that it is widespread is understandable.

No, but when the evidence is overwhelming that he lost due to voter fraud and election interference then it was stolen.
