He lives in Dallas and went to the MLB all-star game. (He’s not a big food guy)
I asked him how it was
“It was pretty damn good I’m not going to lie. I thought it tasted pretty similar to yours actually.”
Told my wife and she said “How rude of him! Yours looks way better!” lol

Why does it look white and creamy?

From one video I watched, he adds cream cheese and velveeta…. I’m not saying it’s not good but it seems very out of place

He uses cream of mushroom soup in his jambalaya recipes. I'll try it one day.

It sounds good and I’d eat it.

With that said…. Just use a good stock with enough trinity and you have a good creamy cajun pastalaya with better flavor. (let the good times roll)

I usually pass on a pastalaya if it has that noodle. There's so many better options.

So he sells it at the ballparks? If so he is just using premade Sysco type products and they just mix a couple together. Not saying its not good, just that its not like a MLB park has a real cook much less a chef.

ETA: lol don’t understand the DV, I was assuming this was sold inside the stadium. If he cooked it himself outside then obviously that changes things drastically

No. He was in Arlington and cooked for an event associated with the MLB All Star game.
