After a moderate paced 4mi this morning. I rarely sweat like this.

It's sweltering out there. Be safe and stay hydrated everyone!

I wish I could, nothing like running mid-day in 96 degrees "feels like 102". This is after giving blood this week, I'll probably just die, gonna remember to wear my Road ID so they can get a hold of my family once I'm dead.

I was gifted a subscription to The Lift Box service. Each box comes with a shirt.

The box is crappy free samples of supps, but the shirts are decent.

Yeah heat safety is no joke. I’m not big on treadmills but did a sprint class Ultra Fit and got up to 15.5 mph for 1st time. I was drenched in cool air conditioning.

Just think of running at 12pm in the summer as poor man's altitude training.

Just did three hours of trimming, pruning and hauling limbs/trees. About to tan or run once the UV index maxes out at 12:30.
The heat is fantastic if you’re not a pussy.

Dew point in Fort Lauderdale has been 74-76 at 5 am. It’s absolutely miserable at all times, so I’m doing most my runs on the treadmill.

Hydrate fellas!

How do you run with a shirt on when it's above 50 degrees? I basically leave a sweat slug trail when it's over 55 no matter what I wear.

You call that sweat? I sweat that much walking to the street to get my trash can at 3pm.

This... I sweat so much I can literally ring my shirt out when done working out or working in the yard. And I'll go running in this crap later. We have a treadmill... but I fricking HATE a treadmill. Hate it.

Got out for a 1.5 mile walk outside around 10:30am

Then went to the pool to cool off and get some sun

Got up at 630, put my shoes on, and ran 2 miles. Was dripping when I got done.

I agree on the heat. You all are much farther south than me but i get tested in our heat in a few weeks.

To me its all about hydration, timing, electrolytes and runs are doable

I ran 5 miles today at 5:30pm, wtf was I thinking? I had to stop and take several 30 second breaks just to get my heart rate down. Zone 2?

Seriously, it's after 10pm and I'm still feeling the heat of that run, like I'm running fever.

Felt this just a few days ago. Around the same time - 5:30 or so. Ran four miles, and thought I’d caught the flu that night.
