Do you think USC will run any hit-and-runs?…

Death, taxes and hit&run under coach Pulmonary. The man stuck to his principles no matter the situation. It used to infuriate me at times but at least the man was consistent. I felt like he ran us out of some innings in the past but what do I know? His record speaks for itself.
I like the man and wish him well at USC unless he is playing us.

I also remember plenty of Hit and Runs working because the 2nd baseman and/or SS were out of position trying to cover the steal.

Of course he ran us out of some innings. He also manufactured some runs. A hit and run is a gamble. So is sitting on first base and hoping for a hit.

Why are you so bitter? If Manieri is as bad as you describe why aren’t you thrilled he’s at a SEC rival?

He did mention base running in press conf and how good they will be at it yet Cain was coaching 3rd
With two outs you can book it he’s stealing second which I don’t disagree with especially if you are at bottom of order
He will also hit and run and he mentioned how he wants hitters that can execute to all fields and will not sacrifice defense
Unfortunately power hitters don’t fall into his category
Smart move keeping Lee as he will keep roster intact and sounded like he’s coach in waiting but how long will he wait
I think Rooney is a bad hire for pitching coach
