Get calorie target from TDEE online calculator.
Track all food.
Stop drinking calories.
Remove all sugar.
Walk 2 miles a day.
It’ll be gone in a few weeks

32 jeans shouldnt mean anything. they have started doing the same thing they did in womens clothes. A 32 doesnt mean anything close to a 32" waist.
im not trying to impress anyone and most in a 32 jeans size are still kind of pudge.
32" around the navel....yea not so much
If any non-meathead tells you what their waist measurement is, they are just giving you their pants size. Surely you know this

Monday -Friday
Eat Tilapia, Broccoli and Olive Oil
Saturday-Sunday
Eat what ever you want, Go Crazy.
Walk every day and swing a kettlebell 3 days a week for 30 minutes.
Simple isn’t it, but it works and is sustainable.
I might know what I’m talking about so don’t pass it off as crap.

Very very easy. Drop anything with sugar, and no bread for starters. And ZERO sofdrinks.
Eat nothing after 8 pm and no breakfast till late morning (16 hr fast if possible), then eat proteins and no or low carbs. It will melt fat off in a week
That alone w no other changes will jump start your journey.

For two weeks:
Cut all alcohol
Cut all sweets
Cut all snacking of chips and things like that
Eat balanced plates
Eat oatmeal
Eat protein bars
Try to eat light at dinner, soup, broth early evening
After two weeks the cravings will be gone and you will want to eat better and will not crave the junk
Move, lift some weights if you can, try to walk at least 30 minute a day....within two weeks your waist will be smaller. In a month you will look different In six months you will be down 10-15 and be in clothes you have not been able to wear for years.

100% agreed. Will be hilarious.
You should hear how upset he gets when the pharmacies don't have it...

How old are you?
If middle age then testosterone. As levels drop, causes the fat collection in abdomen.

Yep. Cutting carbs is the right answer

I’ve never had a problem with weight gain at all until I recently started taking lexapro for anxiety. Just turned 45, 5’11” and stayed a consistent 170ish for the last 20 years. Started taking the medicine and shot up to 195 within a few months and can’t seem to get it off. Zero alcohol intake. Anyone have a similar situation?

No just lantis and jardiance. Blood sugar was a little high didn't know my triglycerides were above 3000. They put me in ICU.

And they have me on a insulin drop. Liquid diet made my blood sugar go from 130 to 275. Somethings not right.

130 lbs in around 9 months through diet change, eliminating soda and booze, and walking, which gradually developed into ruck marching. Eventually I was doing over 100 miles a week, with pack, in hilly terrain and resistance training 5 days a week. But it all started with making myself get up and walk around my block for the first time.
That was over six years ago and I'm not active at that level anymore, but I still take the dog for a five mile walk every day, eat purposefully, and hit the gym a few times a week. And have kept the weight off, without paying any attention to carbs, calories, or portion size, by sticking to real, unprocessed food 95ish% of the time.
And just being honest here, I went back to drinking beer after the first year, and 5 years later, it hasn't had any impact on my waistline. But that's with a "clean" diet, and moderate to higher than average activity level. I would absolutely recommend cutting out alcohol while initially losing weight, or forever if you can manage it. I just wasn't able to maintain total sobriety long term, although that is a goal for me.
