Basketball and baseball.
Not sure if I’ll ever see basketball win one.

This board would be melting 9 months out of the year in this scenario

TWO titles are better than one.

Interestingly, I follow baseball far more closely than football, but when you pose the question I have to say I would pick the football national championship option.

Basketball, because a fantasy world is the only way I will ever see it.
No Football season will ever top 2019 and hard to imagine a baseball season topping last year's run.

If my options were:

1) LSU football win the national championship in the 2024-2025 season

2)LSU basketball, womens basketball, baseball, softball, mens track, womens track, volleyball, gymnastics, soccer, and luke 15 other sports all win the next national title.

I'm still picking football 100 out if 100 tines

I’d rather basketball and baseball but mainly more so for basketball. Being an LSU basketball loyalist has been painful. Having recent natties in baseball, football, WBB, and MBB is quite the statement

Basketball is too rigged. The rankings index is contrived, playoff brackets are manipulated, and game officials tip the scale for narratives.

Plus we don't have the basketball coach to win a title here

Football.

That means the last 4 LSU Head Coaches would have won an NC at LSU, with 2 recent Heisman winners and Saban retired, that puts LSU well ahead of Alabama; and with Texas and Oklahoma in the SEC it would be great timing to cement the status of LSU football atop the SEC with UGA.

I'd pick basketball and baseball just for the basketball.
I'd like to be able to say we've won a championship in every major sport.

Only 3 schools have that honor.
Florida, who's done it this century with all 3.
Ohio State, who won baseball in 1953 and basketball in 1960.
Michigan, who won baseball in 1960, and basketball in 1989.

If we won it in basketball, we'd have a national championship in football, mens and womens basketball, baseball, mens golf, mens and womens track, and hopefully gymnastics this weekend, and more hopefully softball, and all of that would have happened in the last 20 years.
That's impressive, and i doubt any other school can say that when talking about team sports that everyone participates in (not rowing and water polo and whatever other stupid crap only the PAC-10 plays)
