I agree taxes will go up, but I imagine some of that will have to do with property value raising. Not only the ISDS but the city maintenance and planning as well, enhanced police presence, cleaned out drainage ditches and gutters, and better zoning not letting them put up low quality housing anywhe...

I agree, I do still think Chest could be that type of rebounder though. Still blows my mind that we seemingly didn’t pursue Joe Charles and he was grabbing nine and a half a game....

Like the pickup a lot, solid defender and seems to play with a lot of effort. ...

I disagree, there just aren't any big men available to us that would be a significant upgrade from what we have currently. If we can only sign one more think we need another experienced wing or 3 guard who can defend the perimeter and score. The idea of a college basketball roster having more fowa...

I agree that we need another wing who can defend on the perimeter, but if Yates wants to be here find a spot for him. Having Yates, Chest, Miller, Miller, and Givens all with 4 years of eligibility is too good to pass up in my opinion. ...

McMahon has definitely impressed me with his recruiting, jury is still out on how well he can develop that talent. Interested to see how he finishes out his coaching staff. It was reported that we hired Jalen Courtney Williams, although I haven't seen an official announcement from LSU, I like that...

Baton Rouge's own Reece Beekman declares for the draft. I would have loved to see him play one year for the Tigers, but that was never gonna happen. 3.2 A/TO ratio over his career and 2 time ACC Defensive player of the year. Does anybody know ball park of how much we have to spend on Basketball NIL? I know it’s not as much as other teams but we seem to be able to sign quite an impressive recruiting class, retain existing talent, and get quality transfers in positions of need....
Basketball, because a fantasy world is the only way I will ever see it. No Football season will ever top 2019 and hard to imagine a baseball season topping last year's run....
Robert Miller III right now is our biggest player and 2nd string center.
You really think so? Even though he is our biggest player I can’t imagine a true freshman who is “more comfortable on the perimeter” being our second option at center against SEC talent. Are you assuming Colli...

I imagine we start seeing a lot more 3 guard lineups as well: Sears, Williams, and Carter with the freshman rotating in. If I had to guess I imagine a Robert Miller red-shirt is the most likely. I just can't see him getting many meaningful minutes, but if he is being expected to do we really need...

I used Evan Miya [link=(https://evanmiya.com/?player_ratings)]LINK[/link] Despite the advanced metric defencies he is being recruited by a lot of big name programs, why CMM zeroed in on him over Joe Charles, I couldn’t tell you. I would definitely prefer if we got Yates instead....

His DPBR is 1.64 higher than anyone on the team last year outside of Jordan Wright. He averages 1.5 steals, 2 blocks, and almost 7 rebounds a game. He is agile, and long enough to swallow players up in the corner creating errant passes into turnovers. Elite may have been an exaggeration on my ...

Thanks for keeping us unsubscribed members updated sham. I like the idea of going for another wing over a center especially an elite defender like Okani, his stats are good but he does have a negative OBPR, but with Sear's defense that could even out. We need to go with a smaller more athlet...
a replacement for Baker
I would rather 4 years of Yates over 1 year of Baker or his equivalent. If you look at the CMM's last Murray state team you will see a blueprint of what he is trying to build here in the 2023 and 2024 classes. True Point: Justice Hill (CG3) Shooting Guard: ...

After watching the tournament this year it is apparent to me that you can't win without elite guard play. Most teams play three guard rotations anyway. If we cant get our top choice big man, don't reach bring Yates home. Point Guard is still the number one priority though. ...
