What has changed throughout time?

She farts now, but I’m ok with it since I fart in front of her as well
It has not changed our relationship in any negative way.

Nah, she's put on a few pounds. So have I, so I won't complain every day.
But she makes more money now and also spends more, so it's a net even.

She's gotten better with age and I'm a lucky man. 30 years ago this spring.

So she knows your TD handle. Got it.

People don't change all that much. Yes, they have experiences over life that mold them somewhat and they mature somewhat (mainly in the ability to view things outside of themselves or have better self-introspection), but at their core, they are who they are by age 18ish.
What changes in a marriage are the idiosyncrasies and peccadillos about the spouse that were once cute and unique...no longer are after 20 years. On both sides. It's how we deal with that change within ourselves that determines how unhappy or happy the rest of life with that person is going to be.

For the most part absolutely. But 3 kids is hard man. They test your resolve, patience, and relationship.
Nobody is going to be the same in that situation as when you’re young and single and don’t have a ton of cares and responsibilities. I don’t begrudge any minor changes. I’ve probably not as charming as I was 20 years ago either

Yes, but they're a little lower.

Contrary to popular belief, most husbands don’t resent their wives.
To answer the OP, not all of them. But she’s also gained some qualities since then that I love.

My wife has gotten better because of the way I treat her.
I made up my mind about three years in that I would speak life giving words into her everyday. After 20 years I still chase her like a she is the only woman alive. I text her multiple times daily how fine she is to me and grab her butt and tits as many time as the day allows. She in turn has taken great care of her skin, body and hair. She has always had high morals but she has truly gotten more beautiful every year. We date once a week and ai look forward to be empty nesters. She is the absolute best friend, wife and person I know.

WTF is this gobbledy goock? Did you learn that at a marriage retreat?

I agree to some extent, but believe it’s a lot later than 18. Nearly all of my major life experiences took place in late 20s to early 30s.
If you never leave your small town or city, maybe its early 20s, but if you move, travel, change careers — it could be a lot later (early / mid-30s).

Yep. Will be 10 years this September and I'm happier now than when we were dating. Mrs. Iwy is pretty awesome. We've had disagreements but I've never once even had to raise my voice at her. I'm a pretty chill dude though but she treats me with a ton of respect so it's hard to complain.

Ye. My wife has changed over 10 years of marriage same as anyone else.
Biggest change is she is less Type A personality and I am little more Type A as our marriage has evolved. She was the planner when we first got married and I was more free flowing. Over time, we sort of moved to a middle ground.
