Same same .

I can eat the cleanest diet in the world, spend 3 hrs every day in the gym- but if im not getting good quantity AND quality sleep, im just not right.. Sleep, to me, is hugely underrated for good health and just for feeling better overall .

I think I had lower levels at last bloodwork. I wouldnt mind injections but I'm told long term will cause prostate cancer.

It doesn't CAUSE prostate cancer, but, if you do get prostate cancer, the testosterone accelerates the growth. Your urologist with check your PSA every 6 months.

Ok you’re stressed ??? I’m a bit confused here

Seems easy enough, eat some foods you enjoy. I like fast food and you can also check out some good social media feeds during the day to fill the time.

Good TV shows for streaming to get your mind right and rested too.

If can't motivate to hit gym, start calisthenics at home.

30 minutes a day can do wonders to start.
Push ups, planks, bodyweight squats, etc
