How are bars legal?

How’s it different from a bar?

The thousands of drunk people who tailgate Tennessee games from all over the Southeast doesn't beg this question for you?

I’ll bet drive through daq places really get you going.

EDIT - Same goes for bars in areas where it's unlikely people have traveled by anything other than a car.
Like the entire South, Southwest, Southeast, Northwest, West, and Midwest? Just take the hit and learn from it.

Are they all driving home?
always give you 2 straws. one you put in your drink, the other you keep wrapped in case you get pulled over.
toss straw in back, present unopened straw to police. "closed container"

Any place that serves alcohol has to be in a city where people can walk?

Maybe I went away for too long.
How are these establishments even legal?
EDIT - Same goes for bars in areas where it's unlikely people have traveled by anything other than a car. As I get older the more this confuses me.
If you drink an ounce of alcohol an hour, you are fine in most cases. Do you pass McDonald's drive through and wonder how people are eating and driving as well?

Are you incapable of going to a bar without getting obliterated?
Posted on 3/12/24 at 10:39 am to Odysseus32
For what it’s worth, not everyone is drinking. There’s also some amount one can consume before hitting the applicable legal limit in any given state.
But for what it’s worth, assume 90% of cars leaving are a weapon.
There was some old lady on OnPatrol Live that seemed pretty cognitive, but blew a .32. The host where stunned.

I know what you mean. There is this bar on highway 61 between St Francisville and the state line. There is absolutely nothing around it for a few miles.

Eminent DWI is the plan. The god of wine and tits requires sacrifices

Why don’t you mind your own fkn business? Go in there and take poll if you’re really interested. Then, maybe you can lecture about making good decisions. Kind of like ypur decision to stick that big arse nose into other people’s business. Holier than thou mfers

Ruston, La - They put a piece of paper over the straw to avoid open container.
