25.1 is the lowest end of the "overweight" range. If you actually do lift weights regularly then you'll probably dip into that. Otherwise, you look exactly how I'd imagine someone would with a 25.1 BMI.

that whole BMI scale needs to be re-written.
I was at 25.1 about 2 months ago on my last Doctor's visit.
and I am NOT a big person at all.
This x 100. I'm a pretty big guy at 6'3" 262 lbs. I work out 3-4 days a week lifting and train BJJ another 2-3. My waist is right around 32" but according to BMI, i'm obese.
To fall in the "normal" range for BMI, i'd have to weigh 175 lbs. I would look like a cancer patient at 175.

those are 32" waist jeans.
is that considered "big" these days?

you're making me lust a run to mcdonalds...
A 1,000 calorie entree at Galatoire’s is wonderful to taste & eat.
Not true at McD’s.

25 is at the bottom of the overweight range. Either way, I can assure you if I weighed 200 lbs, i'd look like I was seriously ill.
ETA: I just checked an online calculator and apparently for someone my height, a healthy weight range in 149-199 lbs. In what world is 6'3" 150 lbs healthy?

Anybody who posts this is required to post a picture as proof. Unless you are a peak specimen elite athlete, you are not in shape at 6'3 262lbs. Not that BMI is entirely accurate as an indicator of health, but you are not "healthy" at that weight.

No you wouldn’t. Right now you are 10 lbs lighter than Tyson Fury but 6 inches shorter.

You’re a grown man. Why are you dressed like a sloppy teenager?

Yeah, we get that. It’s why I asked. Imagine deliberately looking like shite because you think it’s a flex.

thank you. unless you are on major juice your waist is not 32-34" at that height and weight. his jean size might be that, but his waist measurement at the naval aint frickign close to that.

The only logical conclusion to atheism is nihilism. These people don't care about anything (except what the Democrat party tells them to care about).
