BECAUSE, just like Fanni is a Fraud, the charges are FRAUDULENT and a witch hunt

Just like the NYC bs being fraudulent, so much to the fact that the DA and court system had to send out a memo to “Investors in NYC”

“Not to worry, we only do this because it’s Trump, Everyone else is safe from our communist regime”.

Disclaimer: “until you go against the machine, take this as warning that we can do this to you as well”

And NOW, New York has major investors pulling out, couldn’t happen to anyone better outside of California!

All you liberal idiots are enabling this corruption with your blind support!

Can’t wait to see your faces when it all crumbles down!!! It’s coming

Removing the prosecutor doesn't mean the underlying case disappears.

I mean, Fanni was already removed by the appointment of the SP. Did that kill the prosecution?

Could the judge have the discretion to dismiss the case with prejudice due to the DA and Special Prosecutor allegedly lying under oath to the court in the proceedings of the case at hand?

Why would a judge toss the charges against President Trump just because the DA was screwing her employee?

Perhaps because she 'trumped up' charges against a high profile person, so she can then hire her lover to help with the artificially created overwhelming task. Just so they can party on the public dime??

You absolutely have the worst takes

The guy she is banging is the SP. If she gores, he goes

And no way this thing makes it to trial before Trumps next term

And no one will give a shite once hes re-elected

Because the DA paid her boyfriend a million bucks to prosecute Trump, and said boyfriend used a government credit card to take her on fancy overseas vacations?

It theoretically could, but that's largely irrelevant. Trump winning the election shouldn't prevent GA from prosecuting him.

Jake you don’t honestly believe the goal of this lawsuit was to actually convict Trump?

It was to get a mug shot. It backfired.

Probably could have another DA take them up but they were always bullshite charges and Willis’ pet project. Hopefully nobody else is deranged enough to carry this torch.

I mean they already have a few convictions (along with cooperation) that are building the base for a RICO conviction.

If they weren't that serious, I doubt they'd have worked that hard and that fast to get the others.

Both Fanny and her lover man should be disbarred and serve time ... they are disgrace to the law profession.

They don’t have any real convictions.

They allowed some easy plea bargain deals.

Have they been sentenced on those pleas?

In what way are these not "real" convictions?

At least 3 of them were lawyers
