What happens if we find out NYS undervalued Trump's assets?

So this $350m award was for Trump supposedly defrauding lenders by overvaluing his assets when listing them as collateral for a loan. Despite the fact nobody but the state is involved, no defautls happened, etc, the state feels Trump has committed such a grave crime.
Okay for the sake of argument let's say that's true. Now what if we find out New York State has knowingly and materially undervalued Trump's assets? If they did so knowingly, and they did, shouldn't New York State be on the hook for $350m to Trump and/or the voters they are disenfranchising? Mabye also disbar Letitia Jones and Art Engoron?
Fair is fair, right?

Worst case scenario, they get their comeuppance in the next life. “Worst case scenario” for us, that is. Those of us who kinda sorta would like to see it happening.

That's never been a serious question.
100% it was undervalued. Everyone knows this!
Just like Russia Gate was a lie.
Just like the Steele Dossier was a lie.
Just like 'very fine people' was a lie.
Just like 'drink bleach to cure covid!' was a lie.
Just like the threat to Zelenskyy to 'find dirt' on Biden.

disbaring is the minimum , In most states its a criminal hard time penalty to use a government office to beat down an elderly

The weird part of this ordeal is that the properties are simply collateral. Essentially Trump goes to the bank and says I need a loan. The bank says ok but in order for us to make this happen we need some collateral. What have got? Trump lists his properties and their estimated value and the bank does their due diligence.
The state of NY has stepped in and basically treated his properties like a fake Rolex by claiming his collateral isn’t what he said it was. The question is what is the value of the properties? The bank was satisfied that their value was sufficient enough to use as collateral, but this judge decided not only was their value insufficient but that their stated value was used to fraudulently obtain a loan.

Wait...do you really believe Trump seriously suggested people drink bleach?

They'll be awarded the Nobel Prize.

He said there were very fine people on both sides of that protest, and he said there were very bad people on both sides of that protest. He specifically stated that he was NOT talking about the neo-nazi and white supremacist elements, who he said should be "condemned."
A lie of omission is a lie, and you were lied to. You're gonna have to start thinking for yourself and stop repeating the bullshite you hear on The View.

Quote us what he said, or even better yet, find a video. Make sure it inclues at least ten sentences before and after. We'll wait.

Yeah I'm not the biggest Trump fan but he never said to drink bleach. Oddly some dumbasses were actually doing that before he even made his comments which were clearly not about drinking bleach.

Iirc that couple were the ones that admitted to drinking fish tank cleaner because they thought it contained hydroxychloroquine.
I believe one of them died.
Ironically, weren’t they anti-Trump Dems?

You didn’t hear Trump tell people to drink bleach.

What, how are those lies, we all heard Trump say this.
E.g., When the town of Charlottesville showed up to express preferences about treatment of public art and monuments, there ABSOLUTELY were good people on both sides. There were also bad people on BOTH sides. Disputing either of those premises indicates a point of view out-of-touch with reality. Yet, that was the MSM's expressed POV ... and apparently yours.
E.g., 'Drink bleach to cure covid!' was a lie. I was and is a pure, duplicitous, fabrication. Trump never, ever, once ever said "drink bleach" to treat CV19. So ... yeah ... the "drink bleach" yarn is a lie.
E.g., Had Trump done anything like threatening "Zelenskyy to 'find dirt' on Biden" for partisan reasons, he'd have been removed from office. So no, you never heard anything of the sort.
On the other hand, do you not think our 2014 Ukrainian election interference is problematic?
Do you not think our insertion into, and weaponization of, Ukrainian law through the NABU is problematic?
Do you not think Joe Biden ordering the firing of Ukraine's Prosecutor General in behalf of the US to protect Hunter Biden's $1M/yr Burisma deal is problematic?
If you don't, that is illuminating.
Regardless, Trump did.

All he has to do is sell those properties for the value he placed on them. He gets the value of the properties, proves his valuations were correct and gets to go after the AG and judge.

Sadly, this isn't a movie where the main antagonist almost always gets his/her comeuppance. This is real life, and real life is much more gray and depressing. Nothing is going to happen to these people. There will be outrage on the right, willful ignorance of the whole thing on the left, and quiet reservation from the people who inhabit the middle. Beyond calls for an investigation there will be no major moves against these corrupt individuals who inhabit the courts and mid-level government positions.
