Did you take martial arts lessons at any point in your life, and which one(s)?

I pass a few karate places on my commute to work. They’re always full on my way home. Seems like mostly kids.

I took lessons in the art of frickYEW!

Started Jiu Jitsu last year with my son. Im 38 and he's 7. It's been awesome! He's building a lot of confidence and i enjoy being a part of it with him
