more than likely he's going to need an appraisal on it for the bank. Maybe you can go ahead and get an appraisal and tack it on to the sale price

get on google flights and look for cheap flights and go from there. you can set different criteria for that. This would be under the "explore" function.

You could also get on american airlines and go to "Plan Travel" and click "today's flight deals" for ideas

I am in a similar situation as you. We are packing a carry on with clothes as we are not expecting to retrieve our bag.
Wine will be fine as long as you have middle class moms.

I remember when my dad got into playing golden Eye on 64. One night we came in my room, probably around 11 pm, woke me up and said, "I beat control Center!"

That was the hardest level to get past to us. :nana:

You could use Stasher or bounce. Check them out if you need to stash your luggage during the day.

Air Travel with a 3 year old

Dumb question here: Does my 3 year old need any type of ID to fly? We are flying to Reno late this summer.

We flew with her when she was 1 and it was a breeze b/c she slept the whole time. Anyone have any tips or trick for the long (3 hour) flight from DFW to Reno?

re: Why are gas prices going up?

You vet your buyers well. Case and point: we had a new crude buyer come by our office saying they can beat our current buyer by $0.25/bbl. We asked for balance sheet, and financials. They never brought, we never made a deal. Some other operators did. They picked up the oil, and never cut a check.. they were late. If you don’t get your oil check, you can’t pay your vendors. You could potentially have to file for bankruptcy even though you make good NOCF every month.

Oil and gas companies have control over the price that they sell. That's capitalism. Both sides(buyer/seller) work together to set the price.

Actually you are quite wrong.. Prices are set by the market, the midstream guys set a price dectuct(+ or -) to WTI and it is averaged out over the course of the month. They pick up the bbls and write you a check at the end of the month for the bbls they picked up that month. Thats the way it works. We dont set anything.

"Chevron posted record profits"

Also keep in mind that us oil and gas companies DO NOT set prices.. in fact we have no control at all. The only thing we have control of is how many bbls or mcf of gas we can produce.
