He made comments without knowing jack shite just to win. It had nothing to do with him being right or wrong. It was him trying to manipulate the market.

He spent millions to short NVDA and PLTR. When the prices did not drop, he started going to the media to knock them down.

Welcome to the dirty side of the market... people can and will move prices in their favor.. some are successful.
I also use apartments.com for tenant management and rent collections. Stessa for financials - yet I pay for the pro version

Looks like carpetgrass. Hard to tell because the image of the seed head is not real clear, but the rest of the plant looks like it.

I concur
This was a mistake. As much as it sucks, BK was the best choice in 21..

It was a bad contract but he was the best available that we assumed we were looking at.

I agree with this.. I thoroughly enjoy riding the train when I was in Europe.

just wondering, why do you want to mow during the winter?

Usually im tired of mowing by september and ready for a break.
I got my spraying down last week. :nana:
If a Costco came to North LA, it would be fantastic! I doubt they ever do though.

I'd watch the temperatures pretty well. Like I said in other threads, they dont do A/C very well over there. Babies can be prone to overheating more easily...Just my two cents.

Takes about 10 total minutes of work.

Go to your state secretary of state. Setup the LLC, once approved go to the IRS and get an EIN, be sure to print it vs having it mailed. Go to the bank and setup a bank account. Call your title company and tell them you want to transfer the title to the LLC name. If you're holding the title, head to the court house and get the title transferred into your new LLC name

^^ This

you can also just transfer the deed into the LLC.

I know this isn't the money board, but I wouldn't suggest this..

I did Italy over July 4th a few years ago and it was brutally hot. They really dont know how to use A/C properly. Given that, I would shoot for late spring. Do you have any credit card points you can use to help with the trip budget?

An NHL game would be pretty fun. We'll be there the weekend before, unfortunately, no sports teams are playing
