Is this a roided up Guido place

More of social club than a gym now. Tons of amenities for a fair price.
I’m happy with my anytime fitness membership

Even at peak times you can work your way to get your workout done because of all the equipment. If you’re into powerlifting, there’s probably a couple of other gyms that are better and not as crowded. The only thing I hate is the summer, it basically becomes a daycare.

It was the spot circa 1980 when racquetball was hot.

It’s definitely the best in Louisiana. I have a hard time seeing anything superior.
The entire south? That’s tough. Hard to imagine Texas Florida and Georgia don’t have anything better than reds.
Feel good in saying it’s the best in Louisiana. If anyone has a legit competitor, feel free to share.

I worked at Red's when I was in college in the 90's. It was the best college job ever for a single dude.

They’ll probably have to tear it down from lack of attendance like everything else Laffy claims to love

It’s more of a swinging shriveled up dick place, with the hand dryer blowers being used to dry nut sacks and butt cracks. Why do the men there enjoy being naked around each other for more than a few seconds?
I couldn’t be happier when my membership was done.

Been a while since I was a member but one thing that I always liked about it was that Red was always putting his money back into the facility. As well, I saw Red mopping floors & cleaning tables as he was walking thru the place. A genuine nice guy, especially for a millionaire.

Reds sucks compared to three in mandeville/Covington. I mean it’s bigger but not as nice

It's been a while since I have been in either but is Red's nicer than Ochsner Elmwood? I've been at Francos and PAC on the Northshore for the last 15 years and over that time have been to Elmwood maybe once or twice and Reds maybe to or three times but I remember a huge benefit to Elmwood was having access to multiple locations all for the cost of one membership (heritage and the one downtown).
I remember being in the city for a day event and using the shower to get ready for the evening at the downtown location rather than going home to get ready.
For my money, Stone Creek is better than them all.

Why do those old men insist on going naked in the whirlpool, sauna, etc. Does a swimsuit inhibit you that much? Those old frickers need to be wearing wetsuits. Nobody wants to see that shite.

Unless they are offering free, clean cooch in the back rooms, then no it isn't

Just Baby Huey's doing what Baby Huey's do. Every man a king, except for that guy right there who has better stuff than me.

Maybe the best in La and Ms but, I'd bet the other southern states have comparable or better gyms.

I think I still have my Reds card from 2005 post Katrina refugee
