If they were not connected to HBCU they would have never been invited to the Super Bowl or any of these other events they are invited to. Because let’s be honest their playing style sounds like a train wreck. It’s said they are racing to see who can Finnish the song first and play the loudest.

At times they are a sloppy mess. But when they get it right, they put on a performance that is unique and stylish where it’s usually focused on technical precision

Blasting instruments and positioning on the lines and directly between them isn't really impressive.

Didn’t they just come into Tiger Stadium within the last year or so and basically serve TGBFT, every little SJW we have in the student section, and the football team, all up in our faces?

I would agree with you on most bands who play with this kind of style, but the Human Jukebox is actually good at playing the HBCU type of style. They can control their sounds and they march good.

They really do sound like shite. Louder is not better. SU’s band is like the jackass kid that puts a wall of subs and 6x9s in his shitbox car and thinks it sounds great.
