Fentanyl makes you nod off and die
They probably all snorted the same coke one guy brought over. The surviving friend may have done less than them and had less fentanyl in his system. Not that weird.

I was listening to a podcast talking about the fentynal test strips and how they are very available? Idk. I have no clue on the expense either, seems like a necessary precaution these days though.
