Potato and chickpea curry with riced cauliflower and garlic naan.

My main squeeze, who loves meat and hates curry, was supposed to be out of town for work, so I had plans to cook vegetarian tonight. However, we are snowed in and his flight was cancelled, so he had leftover pizza and I enjoyed my curry

Beef vegetable soup, cooked in my wife’s grandmother’s vintage Magnalite.

I wonder how many pots of vegetable soup this pot has seen over the years.

Looks good. Made a batch in same size pot today. It's sitting on the porch to chill down overnight.

41 years old, and I’ve never made it before. Mom (Nana) has always shared her pot, but I decided it was time for me to try it.

I asked my almost 16 year old if mine was as good as Nana’s, and he just shook his head Guess I have some work to do.
